Iron Girl Sprint Triathlon
600 meter swim, 30k bike, 5k run

It was an awesome race.  I carved about 9 minutes off of last year's time thanks to much better performance on the bike.

Swim:  10:44 (1:48 pace)
T1:  3:40 still slow
Bike:  53:53 (20.8 mph)  Whoop!
T2:  2:17
Run:  29:47 (9:36 pace)

Total:  1:40:22
Division:  30 of 139
Overall: 118 of 730

Late post.  Yesterday morning, the weather was wonderful, and I got in a 10-mile run.  It was great,, no stopping, no walking.  My favorite kind of run.
