It was an awesome race. I carved about 9 minutes off of last year's time thanks to much better performance on the bike.
Swim: 10:44 (1:48 pace)
T1: 3:40 still slow
Bike: 53:53 (20.8 mph) Whoop!
T2: 2:17
Run: 29:47 (9:36 pace)
Total: 1:40:22
