I'm about to head out for my Saturday run. A little more special than ususal...I'll be running around the 3 parks (Hyde, St. James and Green) of central London. Will trot past Buckingham Palace as part of the route.
GOing to have to dodge a couple of rain showers but it's worth it for the route.
Happy trails folks.

TACOMA NARROWS HALF MARATHON
2:24.24
I'm home, in one piece. No blisters, have all ten toenails, and represented the Post Op PR's.
Pics AFTER the race are me with the event shirt on - I was soaked and brought it to change into!
Full report to follow...probably late tonight or tomorrow. LET'S JUST SAY I HAVE A NEW RESPECT FOR MILE 11 TO 12.5!

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
