I'm am trying my best, but I think I may HATE running in the summer.  It's been overly brutal heat/humidity wise here, so I guess that's not helping, but I'm just really finding it hard to feel good about any running I do.

Perhaps my asthma bugs me more than I give it credit for, maybe I'm just a wimp, or maybe it's just fricking HARD.

I just needed to whine publicly and maybe I can move on.

Ugh, even when the gym is 70 degrees, it's too hot for me. I am so fortunate to live in a climate where every evening/early morning is cool (pretty much). So, when I go out to run at 5am, it is typcially mid-50s and not humid at all. To me, that's the perfect temp for running.

Dude, I am right there with you Sue!!!

I am so ready for the cold weather, the layers of cold gear and gloves and hats so I can go run around outside!  I like it better when it's cold, I don't care how "tough" running in the heat & humidity is supposed to make me and how good it is for training.  It sucks and I'd rather it be 15 degrees out so I could run happily!!
