C25K day two week one.  Seemed easier than yesterday.  I know I am supposed to have a rest day, but I wanted to finish week one this week and this was the only way.

35 min on the stairmaster (174 flights)
500 meter swim @ 90% race pace, 9:37, i need to work on my swimming speed!

It a rest day for me so I just did the 20 min. core class at the gym at work.
