Ran 7.12 miles this morning. Felt like running longer but was out of fluid.Fortunately driving home I spotted a water fountain so I will make that my water point on my next long run.

3 mile run this morning. Still recovering from knee injury, but it's getting better. At least I'm confident I'll be able to run my 5k at the end of the month.

Isn't pain such a nuisance?

had a nice 4 mile run on the tm this morning, sort of a split long run as I did 7 last night.   A decent back and bi workout.  Just a bit on the abs.   Tapering down now for the half next weekend.

5.8 mile run.  Tried to get up extra early to avoid the humidity-- no such luck!

I'm at the gym every morning at 4:20 am...the kid who opens up was 20 minutes late today so instead of leaving mad I went for a 3 mile run in the streets...first time I have run out doors in 21 years.

Rest day.  Picked up my packet for the Irongirl sprint triathlon.  There will be nearly 1,000 women participating, many of them first timers.
