Hey Ya'll,

I am starting to feel REALLY good and have been ramping my training back up a bit. Today I did a 1.5 hour SPIN, and this evening did my first run post-op outside and knocked out 3.5 miles, which felt really good to do. I cannot believe how smooth everything has gone, and I can't help believe it's a result of all of ya'lls thoughts, prayers, and warm wishes. So here are a few pictures, WITH ME CLOTHED for a change, and I will probably do that from here on out until all the swelling is gone and I am completely shredded for Ironman Arizona in November. Thank you all for your friendships and support...

Looking good Dan!  These are like your first day of school pics that we all had to take in elementary school!!
