Thursday workouts!

Way to go!  I am in the last week of the c25k and just ran a 5k last night, but had surgery today so rest for a little while is in order.  i guess I will go back to week 7 or the week 7 supplement!

Like Rob, I've been getting out earlier in the morning to try to beat the heat and humidity.

5:30 a.m. 15-mile bike ride before work
2000 yard swim after work

It's going to be a busy weekend...
Saturday - Irongirl Sprint Triathlon followed by the Renaissance Festival
Sunday - 5-mile Trenton Falls Bolder Inspiration Run

 7 mile run today.  Needed to do a 15 but it was way hotter than I thought out.

45 min of weights (chest/tri) including 6 X 40 sets of pushups
1 hour spin class, climbing (pretty challenging today)
5K brick consisting of speed intervals, 22:15

5.75 mile run-- it was crazy humid today!

Group bike ride but I'm in recovery so I didn't do any hills. Just an out-and-back that was only 5 mi. short of the regular route but was mostly flat. It took me about 20 min. less time and didn't hurt my calf as much as the hills so I think it was smart.
