Thursday workouts!

This is becoming too much of a habit.  Not use to being the first post.  Oh well, got out again today at 4:45am to beat the humidity (no luck).  We ran 4.8 miles in the dark in 43 minutes.  It was like pea soup.  This was suppose to be a shorter run, but decided to take the hill lap one last time.  Loving those hills, but hate the flats.

Week one, Day one of c25k.  It actually went a lot better than I figured.  I'm not sure exactly where I should have been for the walk and jog sections, but I did the walk just over what was comfy (3.5) and the jog about 2 mph over that.  Then a 10 minute cooldown at about 3mph.  I figure the numbers might be low but it is not a bad start.

Also did dome upper body weight work afterwards, about 30 minutes or so.
