Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Timed my HIM recovery week with my taper for Irongirl.  So, this morning was an easy 3 mile run with a few strides thrown in.  Strange to actually have extra time on my hands to fold clothes instead of just leaving them wrinkled in the basket.

3  mile walk  today

Thanks Dan for encouraging me to post again.  I just need to make time for posting.  I have been recently taken a spin class and have enjoyed running laps in the pool.  I am gearing up to start walking 5K's again in Sept.
