Did 35 minutes on the mountain bike trails this evening.  Planned to go longer but the 110 heat index really sapped my riding partners and me.

Felt tired and crappy today and decided to give myself a B12 shot this afternoon (trying to go 2 weeks in between at this point and it'd only been 10 days).  Anyway, about 2 hours later I felt MUCH better and made it to the gym for a good 4-mile run.  Sure like being able to say "good" when I'm talking about my runs!
