Mornin' everybody! I did a nice 40 minute gym/weight workout this morning.

Rode my bike to the bank, coffee shop, and shopping. Only about 4 miles...but I was carrying home a cantaloupe, small watermelon and other stuff in my backpack.
Tommorow I'll be walking for about 10 minutes...Up an incline of about 12%. You guessed it...going to the cardiologist for a treadmill and ejection/fraction test.
