I'm having to fight for every workout lately, my time is so crunched. I'm glad business is good, but dang! Took time out for a 30 minute, very hilly, very hot and humid walk this afternoon. I did it in the worst part of the day, but it was either that or nothin'.

Did 5 miles on the treadmill today. Haven't been able to do that in months, so definitely felt good. I alternated speed and incline throughout.

2 separate 30 minute walks (morning and afternoon) and going to do at least 5 mile run but try for 6 miles

Legs were a little sore after yesterday's hilly ride, so I did two low-intensity workouts today...
5 mile easy run before work
2000 yard swim after work

4.5 mile run in the neighborhood. Feel pretty good...so.cal is having one of those unbelievable cool summers (at least in the a.m)

20 miles on the bike thid evening. Just starting to get into working out, and hopefully this is a good start for me.  To bad it was so dang hot even in the evening.
