Start a thread and you may get some interest.  Probably not going to get much responce burried here on the daily thread.  Its a good idea.

I walk/run track 13 laps, 200 crunches, 100 push ups, cross ramp for 33 min, walk/run track 13 laps, 200 crunches and 100 push ups on the ball, weight training 45 min, walk/run track 13 laps, 200 crunches on ball, elipitical 25 min, stair master 17 min. I was at gym from 830 to 1230 today. Each 13 laps takes me 20 min to do. so that is 3 miles and 60 min on the track if you total all 3 sets together. Now today was much better day at the gym.

Alisica and I did the Chicago Rock and Roll Half Marathon.  So, 13.1 miles in the race and a couple of miles walking from the hotel to the start and from the finish.  I'll write a post race report later.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
