Friday workouts
I had a most wonderful rare evening run this evening. I am typically a morning runner when it's just getting hot or a mid day runner before I go to work. Tonight was cool and dry so I hit my trails where my adrenaline keeps me going because I don't want to get caught. It was a really nice 3 miles.

Not sure how accurate the cross trainer / cross country type machine is, but I did 5k in 19:36! I tried about 10 strides on the treadmill, and it is DEF a no go for a while...

Did a workout at home with dumbbells 'cause I had too much to do in my home business to get to the gym in the morning. Pretty good workout, actually. I have 10 lb and 25 lb dumbbells, and put together a pretty tough routine. Gotta do whatcha gotta do.
