New shoes

So, I stopped by the local athletic store yesterday and had them analyze my gait and foot structure. They recommended the Saucony Omni 9. I tried it on and liked it, but didn't want to pay $110. So, I found the Saucony Omni 8 (last model) for $59 online.

Between the new shoes and today's chiropractic visit, I'm hoping my body is up for running again tomorrow. The knee still has a slight twinge, but it is getting better. The reason I'm going to the chiropractor is that I've been walking funny due to the sore knee and now I feel kind of out-of-whack.

Anyone have the Saucony Omnis?

I'm an ASICS guy, they are my favorites but I also use Nikes and Mizuno.

Sounds like YA Done Good on the purchase. Smart move.
I hope they are as amazing for you as when I discovered the ASICS gel series. It felt like somebody had installed a new pair of duracells, the energizer rabbit, I just kep jogging and jogging.

Glad the knee is recovering.

I felt the same way when I bought the Asics gel nimbus, its was like I finally discovered what a running shoe was supposed to feel like.  Then I put in those spenco inserts, and my goodness, I can run forever without the pain!
