if I don't get to run soon, I might die

Seriously. I am 5 weeks post BL/BA and DYING to get back into running. Of course, I haven't found the right sports bra yet either but I'm praying my surgeon releases me to run when i go back next week. I've signed up for another half in November and I need me some training

If I were to start back tomorrow (just sayin') do you think i will have lost a lot of my endurance?

Be happy.

I know what you mean, I am 2 weeks out of VSG and I am so ready to get back onto my running/spin routine.  Dr. says maybe another 2 weeks.....so I'll have to start back up slow....

My favorite sport bra is the Enell (Oprah bra), it buttons in the front, and is meant to be a little tight, it keeps everything in place, so much that after I started using it, I realized my belly also bounced not only my boobs, so hopefully VSG will help me with the belly bounce...and my boobs will be forever controlled with my Enell!

It'll be a lot easier on you getting it back than it was getting it in the first place.  Sure it'll suck for a while, but not for too long.  You'll be fine.
