Went to the dietician this morning then to ballys I didn't do as much as I usually do. So I walk/run the track for 13 laps, 200 crunches, 100 push ups on ball, stairmaster for 27 min, walk/run the track for 13 laps, 200 crunches, crossramp 33 min, Run the treadmill so I skip my 3 set of walk/run laps today. Figure I would run on the treadmill for a change and seem I burn a little more calories and steps as well.
I did Jillian 30 day shred with my daughter tonight but barely had any energy left and didn't use any weights and did it very low impact did not even work up a sweat like I usually do. Only did level 1 guess it was off day for me.
Today is my 1 yr RNY surgery anniversary.

rest day for me
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

took a rest day after my 16x100 yesterday and am relearning to walk today,... a little sore.

Get this. Cardiologist appt yesterday, followup from stress test 7 Jul.  I have  blockage in a lower ventrical, maybe causing the PVCs I've been having.  I go in 19 Aug for a heart cath and possible stint if needed. Or it could be my diaphram is too high from having being mordidly obese and is pushing against the lower part of my heart as I also have one enlarged ventrical that was identified before RNY and still exists. The doctor said this was his recommendation so I could contiunue to have an active lifestyle I seem to have adopted since WLS.  So good and bad news at the same time???  At least he found something he thinks he can fix.  I also don't and never have had a cholesterol issue but he put me on Plavix in prep for the cath.  It also works on plaque in the arteries and veins that can be caused by cholesterol, fat, and/or calcium buildup.
Still learning at this end!

Had a good "speed" run today. Did 3 miles at 8.40 pace. I can't seem to go much faster than that...it's all good
