How do you get past the RNY rules while fueling during endurance sports?

I too ignore the rules on my long runs.  I use primarily sports chews, Shot Blocks are my favorite but I have also used GU Chomps and Luna Moons.  The thing I like about the chews is I can split up a "serving" which is harder to due with the gels.  So instead of 1 gel every hour (or whatever your interval is), I do 3 blocks an hour, about 20 minutes apart.  This way I don't get the rock in the stomach feeling but get constant lovely little bursts of energy.

Good luck!

I've used those Cliff Shot Bloks too... not bad (I'm a wild cherry girl), and decidedly less messy than the GU when you aren't using it all.  Thanks for reminding me of those...

I've also used the sports beans.  i like the taste of them less, but they are smaller than the blocks and easier to chew/breathe.  :)
