I took the extra rest day today and put it to good use. I spent the day cleaning the house.

Did the running leg (2.9 miles) of the SheRox Tri in Webster, MA today...in 28:09!!! My relay team ended up coming in 30th out of 68, so I was pumped!!
It definately made me want to sign up to do the entire thing next year...I was sitting in the transition area waiting for my partner just itching to get going...and it kind of gave me that fire back that I needed to get training for my upcoming half. It's amazing what a little race will do for your soul...

I had a stinky 3.5 mile run with a 0.5 mile walk before and after. I had tried this route a month ago and thought it would be better in reverse; I was wrong. It stinks in both directions! On to a new route or an old favorite tomorrow. For how tired and sweaty I was it should of equeled at least a 5 mile run.

well i post my morning workout earlier. Well I got bored tonight so I put in the biggest loser cardio max and glad I did I seem to been sore and tight tonight. So I am a little more stretch out tonight. I didn't do at the usual high intensity did more of the low intensity just to keep myself moving tonight. I did the whole dvd though. I am exhausted and need to get rest. See my surgeon tomorrow for my 1 yr check up from my RNY. I can't believe Wednesday July 28th is one year already. Where did the time go. I hope the scale doesn't go up tomorrow. My weight seems to go up and down each day. I still weigh myself every morning before my shower. Today I weigh in at 141.8 and when I start in Jan 2009 I was at my highest at 317.5 and that is when I start my weight loss journey and the day of my surgery I was 267.5. So I have came a long way in my journey. I just so scared of gaining the weight back and maintance. I have never before able to maintain a weight loss. So I hope I can keep the weight off and not gain weight back. I know exercise is the big key in keeping the weight off. I eat 6 small meals a day. I been getting between 100 to 115 gms of protein a day. I need to up it because my labs been low. I was getting in between 80 to 100 so now have increase it again. I also had to increase my iron again as well. Everything else is great.

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin
