1st Section of 100 Mile Run down
Sat had a chance to run the 1st leg of the 100 miler Dan and I are running in October. What a beautiful course. Aside from one major hill, the first 70 miles are downhill or flat. Got in 23 miles yesterday and aside from a sprained ankle at mile 10, it was an awesome day.
Great to run through the course before hand and next run will be the night portion (aprox a 40 mile ultra run) to test the waters along the coast from Huntington Beach to Palos Verdes. Loving life, living the dream baby.
Fri / Sat brings a 20 mile and 13 mile back to backer. Later all.
