Happy Friday!!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Now I get to cutt grass, walking hand mower, that takes about 1 hr,....I'm counting it as cardio.

Slept an extra hour last night and hydrated well, so I was able to do tonight's interval run without having to cut it short from fatigue.

50 minutes total, including four 6-minute intervals at 8:30 pace.

I followed up with a 1.2 mile swim, which felt good after the intervals.

Yoga again today which on the plus side, is really helping me tone up and building a strong core. Starting to feel better and want to increase my running again. Had hoped to get my 1st 10K and half this year, but looks like some modifications are required. I plan on running a 10K still and will see about the half. Have a great weekend everyone!

I swam straight through on a 1900 meter swim then an hour later did a 45 min spin class that was very intense with a lot og great hill work.
