5 X 400m repeats. man, that sucked. some walking warm-up, cool down and in betweens. can't wait to hook up the garmin when i get home and see what the heck kind of pace i ran those - humid as all hell.

Woohoo today I actually managed to walk 3 miles. I'm still in recovery from my surgery which was a month ago and am walking 2 -3 times a day. The 3 miles was done at one time! I'm getting myself geared up to begin the C25K program. I'm taking it a step at a time - even if it's a slow step, it's still a step in the right direction!

Lap swimming this morning...lifeguard didn't show up at the municipal pool again, so I went to the college pool and spent $7.00 to swim for 1/2 hour. Oh well, I really wanted to swim! Don't know what's up with the public pool's lifeguard not showing up that last couple of days I've gone, but I'm gonna call and find out.
