Gotta beat the heat and humidity!  Starting my run at 4:45am is the trick.  Got in a fast (for me) 4-mile run before the sun was up.  Humidity was up but bareable.

Rob,...U R still a beast!! 4:45am....yikes!

U guys and guyettes are so good!

I got 3 at lunch on a day I wasn't feeling it but then went the first 1.5 mi w/o walking.  Half a mile was my farthest since restarting this 3rd time.  I'm pumped,..as much as I can be at doing 3. 
Everyone's phenomenal recent accomplishments have me a little fired-up about getting back to my 10K times of 2 yrs ago when i was trying to break 1 hr, and then picking up on my yet-to-be-accomplished goal of doing a half.

You're all corrupting me again.......I need an adrenaline fix!!

Today was a cross training day on my running plan - I did 40 mins curves gym workout, not sure its gonna stretch me enough though as I couldn't get my cardio above 50%

Today was the day! I was finally able to do a continuous 3.1 miles without stopping to walk! Total of 4 miles.

Just couldn't drag my rear out of bed this morning at the usual 5am. So, I took an early lunch at work and ran 4 miles! I was so excited to find out that's how far I ran. It's a popular route that other runners in the office run, so I checked to see how far it was. So, that's my longest run to date. :)
