Good Morning everyone,

Surprised to be the first to start the thread for today! Finished a 3 mile speed run at 8:38 pace. Been pretty hot in So. Cal so had to head out early today.

Have a great day :)  Debbie

That's fast! I ran 3.5 miles this morning at a snail's pace in comparison (13 min miles), but it was the longest I've ran to date, so I'm proud of that. :)

Did my HIIT workout at lunch; 1mi warmup. 8 laps with 100 yd backstretch sprints/jog front stretch/walk curves, then jog/walk back to office as I was whipped. I felt like crawling back but that would have looked bad......3.5 mi total in 45 mins.

Got my suit on, packed my bag, and was at the pool at 6:00 - but the lifeguard wasn't. Me and another guy waited for about 15 minutes before we gave up. Sooo...I came back home, changed my clothes, and went for a 40 minute walk. Even that early it was humid already and I was sweating like crazy when I got back. Oh well...still got a workout in!

Yea, an early morning walk can really bring the sweat down. Way to stick to your workout plans. You could have easily came home and done something else but you were determined. I just finished my chair-a-cise (www.chairacise.com) workout this morning and I am glad I now have the rest of the day to myself. Well keep up the great determination.
