I ran before work with a friend; we did a quick 3 miles. I was tired from running last night in the heat so felt a bit tired this morning but am glad it is done! Daughter and I are going to a concert in the park tonight after work. Hope every one has a great day!

Had to take the day off today.  Turned my ankle over the weekend, ran on it yesterday, and now both my legs are aching bad.  Sometimes the body gives you a whisper that it needs some rest, sometimes it bops you in the head (or shin)
