BACK IN TEXAS!!!!!

I am so stoked to be back home after 5 long weeks of surgery / recovery in So Cal! I missed home... I am relishing the days where I can hop back on the daily excercise thread in about 2-3 more weeks until I get the OK from my surgeon. Until then, it is 1 hour of easy walking on the treadmill before work followed by 30 minutes in the wet sauna a day. I just wanted to thank you all for your support / encouragement in my journey, particularly the last few weeks... It hasn't been easy, but I know the results will be well worth the sacrifices. Pictures to be loaded soon...

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Travel, vacations, work or play are o.k. but nothing beats coming home.

I'm glad you had a safe trip.

Welcome back!  How long do you have to wait before you can exercise again?
