Aquasize Buddy in CALGARY, AB????????

Hi there everyone. My name is Tina and I live in Calgary AB. I am on the weight list to see the doctor to have weight lose surgery. I am 31 and weight 420 pounds. I was going to curves 3 times a week and i did drop 30 pounds. However I damaged my knee and My doc wants me to do Aqua size instead. I live in the NW and am Hoping there is someone out there who would like to join me. I want to go Mon, Wed, Fri. anytime between 9-2 (because of kids in school). I know i have a few years weight, and I want to do better eating and exercise. I would love a weight lose buddy or buddies. I believe we are stronger together, you can encourage me and I will encourage you...Thanks...Tina

Hi Tina, unfortunately, I'm in Edmonton.  I just looked into aquasize in my area as well and am going to start tonight.  I had decided that I would go on my own, cause then I don't have to rely on anyone else, but when I mentioned it to a friend, now she is going to join me...and she mentioned it to another friend and she is going to join us....lol  So much for going on my own, but the help won't hurt right?

I'm 54 and weigh 275 (or I did last week when I started my new life)  I am on the list for surgery as well and have been to 2 Weight Wise classes so far and seen the dietician.  I am learning "baby steps" and know this will work out great.
