Bottom belly fat.
I get best results from leg lifts and knee raises (not sure if that is the correct name for them; hold yourself up like doing dips but lock your arms and just bring your knees up to a sitting position while suspended and lower for 1 and do as many as you can. I do sets of 20-30. both tighten the lower belly/abs. It doesn't fix excess skin,...that an elasticity thing that may recover and may need plastics to remove, depending on your situation (amount and age).

Ok...so I have good and bad news.
The good news - as you lose weight your belly will shrink. Mine has...quite a lot.
The bad news - you can't spot reduce or only move fat from one part of your body. You will lose fat all over your body and in places you didn't think were fat to begin with. I've lost a whole shoe size in my journey - who knew right?
All that being said. Excercise is great and will help you get to your goal, make your heart heathier and you will feel better. Exercise your WHOLE body and good things will happen.
