Did and pleasant 3 mile rest run today. Bit tired after yesterdays 6 mile. Not sure why? Maybe a bit stressed this week...sometimes it's better not to think about it too much

50 min of weights (chest/tri) including sets of pushups of:  88 then 8 X 30
65 min solid spin on the stationary bike (27.6 miles)
25 min on the stairmaster (123 floors)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Great yoga class again today. Slowly getting back to running; today was my last day on antibiotics, so hopefully yhe nausea will go away so I can run.

Swimming in my pool. I've found that I can really feel it when I kick harder, and I'm getting faster.

I did a 28.75 mile bike ride during a heat advisory.  What fun!

Ran 3.4 miles last night.  Actually had to climb over three fallen trees since we got about 4" of rain yesterday.  Humidity was really thick and I didn't want to run, but I don't get paid if I don't get out there  (oh yeah, I don't get paid anyway).
