This fine Wednesday I made it to the gym for a little 3 mile run.  Not the most pleasant, but easier on the legs than I had expected.

What's on the agenda for the rest of you?

I usually lurk but thought that posting on this thread would make me more accountable....

I will run 3 miles tonight.  I'm training for a 5k the end of the month and would like to get my time below 30 min.  My goal is to run at least 20 miles a week.

I did 2 miles before work. I planned on 3 but my gut was killing me for some reason so I walked for a bit and went back home.

Just got back from a 2 1/2 mile run on the treadmill. It was so stinkin' hot in the gym. Now I know why I prefer to workout outside at 5am! Tonight I plan to walk up (and down) a 1.25 mile hill by my house -- it's a killer!

I started P90X today and weight trained my arms! This heat is starting to keep from getting outside to walk/run! P90X kicked my butt~

2.5 mile run today. I have been struggling lately and a speed up in tempo was a good change.
