I walked to work this morning.  It's only 1.65 miles (I went the long way), but it was a nice way to get my butt warmed up this morning.  weather permitting, I'll do some more seriousl walking after work.

6.02 mile run this morning,ran the whole thing with bonking,I was so proud of myself. I made it to my goal weight 2 days ago so introducing starchy carbs back into my diet the past 2 days made a big difference in my performance today. My program doesn't allow starchy carbs in the diet until maintenace and now that I can have them again my run felt great!

1 hour walk and 40 minutes of weights - legs.

After taking yesterday off, I did a good spin class today.   Lots of interval sprints!  Pretty much worked out all the soreness from the race.

I got out and ran/walked 4.25 miles after work.  building up the running in the humidity.  hopefully will get a spot in the BAA half marathon, registration opens tomorrow!

1.78 mile run followed by a 1.08 mile jog/walk (2.86 total) this morning

after work..
-5000 meter rowing program - finished in 22:15...pumped I found this program on the rowing machine, didn't even know it was there b/c I normally just do 10 minutes to warm up or a set time, so yay!!

- stair/eliptical machine - 35 minutes (4 min. intervals), resistances 10/20 (elip.), 20/20 (stair), 3.06 miles

- stretching
