Taper = slacker week.  5k this morning preceeded and followed by 5 minutes of nice slow walking to loosen things up.

taper = taper!  i know it sux, and it totally messes with your head (it's really rough on me), but it is absolutely necessary.  best of luck and rest up for your big race this weekend!

a 23 min 5K is fast for anybody!  great job, that is my PR for 5K as well.

17.5 mile bike ride at 5:30 a.m.  Love those morning workouts.
