Shape Ups vs Generic?

So .... I tend to wear the hell out of shoes .... and kill them very fast.  My original shape ups lasted 7 months which is impressive for my shoes.  However, I can't afford to spend 100 dollars on shoes every 7 months .... So I've discovered that Target has a generic version of the shoe.  Has anyone tried the generic version and think they would work the same?  I could totally do a new pair of 30 dollar shoes .... even if 100 is a bit much.

I am curious to know how any of these shape-up shoes "Work"... I am waiting for the newest commercial showing a model with ripped abs and a six pack, attribute their physique to this shoe... I think you would probably get the same "Result" from the Target Brand...

Well I was in love with mine.  And really there was a noticeable difference as to how much I felt my walks and where in my legs I felt it.  I agree that the Target brand will probably be about the same .... I'm just over thinking it
