COMPRESSION

I wear the smallest, tightest sports bra I can fit into.  when doing bouncy activities, per my physical therapist, just strap 'em down, forget what it looks like.

2 is not a bad idea.

i gave up on the ones that have underwire, make them look nice bras.  I just go for the shapeless sports bra in size Small.  (I'm a 34D).  Luckily, this works for me, but during the losing process, I definitely wore 2 - sometimes one with shape, and then one TIGHT over it.

I wear two and I am well endowed.  If I wore only one I am sure I would have had black eyes by now!  My favorite bras are from Moving Comfort.  Google it...

Saucony makes a bra called 'Motion Sensor' that is good.  I wear it for running.  Moving Comfort also has some good ones for high impact.  I like the Juno and the Fiona.  Enell also has some great bras. I get most of my bras from Road Runner Sports online since my running store doesn't carry many sizes or colors.

Moving Comfort Fiona is my sports bra of choice (it does come in fun colors at least!)  I have always been generously endowed and still am and this bra keeps it all under control and it is sized by traditional band/cup sizing so it fits well too!
