Friday workout!

Today's usually a rest day but I've been doing this 20 min. core class at the gym at work. It's fun and I feel better knowing I'm doing *some* strength work.

1900 yard swim, once again dodging the bobbers who were escaping the heat.  At least they're making me practice sighting.

Short two mile walk in the great outdoors with my son. We saw a toad, snake, and a rabbit and got a little bit of exercise.

4.2 miles is wonderful. I am working up to that one of these days. Today I was indoors on the TM.  I jogged 3 miles and walked about 1/2 mile on an incline of 5. My goal is to get to 5 miles nonstop. I should be able to it within the next 6 months.
