Friday workout!
Today's usually a rest day but I've been doing this 20 min. core class at the gym at work. It's fun and I feel better knowing I'm doing *some* strength work.

1900 yard swim, once again dodging the bobbers who were escaping the heat. At least they're making me practice sighting.
