Another early run this morning.  Got 4.2 miles and then watched the humidity drift in at 5:30am.  It's great getting up early and getting out on the road.

Today is an easy day - I ran the 20 minutes of c25K w5,d3 with my husband who just completed that.  I finshed C25K first of June, but I ran with him today as support.  He's on his way with his first 5K scheduled for September.

What is this world coming to? I got up at 5am to try and beat the Alabama heat and humidity. The humidity won. I did walk a little over 3 miles though.
I am not a morning person so this was quite a feat for me.

I have heard that there are running clubs in Arizona that have runs before the sun comes up. It's the only way they can safely get it in. Not me. I'm a dumbass and get out there just as things are starting to really heat up.

3.7 miles this morning and more was running than walking but I did my fair share of that.

Scott,

I was one of the Arizona morons out running this am. Got in 6.55 miles in 1:18 and was sooo ready to be done after mile 5. Monsoon season is upon us so the dry 90 degree am's weren't so bad but now they are like super humid.

Oh well, a run is a run. Be safe everyone.

Did 1.8 miles this morning and sweat my face off...was shooting for 4, oh well.

Went to the gym this afternoon and did 35 minutes on the stair/eliptical machine.

Gonna dance my pants off at Jack Johnson tonight...so that kinda counts as exercise :)

I too am an Arizona running moron and yes I had to get up early.  Only 3.5 this morning though so not too early, it was nice where I live due to a predawn rainshower and I was done by 7 so not too hot, was fairly humid for us though.  Now for Sunday's 7 mile run I will need to get up probably by 4:30 to be out running by 5 because I am slow and it gets too hot after that :)
