Started my run today at 5am to beat the heat and humidity.  Got in seven miles, but didn't beat the humidity.  Great way to start the day.  Hope I'm still this energized this afternoon.  Makes for a long day getting up at 4:30am.

Hi all! Got to the gym at 6:00 this morning and there were a couple of people standing outside. One of them said the guy who opens it got up late and would be there in about 20 minutes. Well, I hate to waste time, so instead of just sitting in the car and waiting I did a few laps of fast walking around the parking lot until he got there. Then I went in and did about 25 minutes on the weight machines. All in all, a good morning!

3 1/2 mile hilly walk this morning. I find I'm sacrificing sleep to get in the early workouts. I need to get to bed earlier!

6.02 mile run, my first time running this distance without stopping for a water break,I bought a fuel belt palm holder last night and that did the trick this morning. My pace stayed between 8:52-10:23 a mile.

Two miles on the TM and some stretching and core work. My back has been acting up and the cure is usually stretching and core work.

Good luck Jet, I hope you get some answers/relief!

I did a 3 mile run before work. It is supposed to get to nearly 100 today! I was hot at 0630 running! I amsuch a pansy; I know so many of you run in the heat just fine.

I also did 3 mile run before work, and it was also hot here at 6:30.  Tough day today, but felt good when it was done.
