Wednesday Workouts!!!

I went down to my mile repeat spot this morning but could only muster 2 repeats in 8:12 and 8:07.  I started a third but could not finish.  My total was 4 miles this morning.

 Plan was another 3 mile run, but woke up to a sore knee and hamstring, so rest day today.

60 minute walk
45 minutes of weights - chest
15 minutes of intervals
plan is to run 5k distance after work
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

hot here and had the day off so spent most of it on the lake and 1 hour kayaking

3 1/2 miles this morning at 6am.  Tomorrow I'm starting earlier.  Pretty soon I'll be running yesterday.  Hotter than hades here.  Hottest day in 12 years.
