Wednesday Workouts!!!
I went down to my mile repeat spot this morning but could only muster 2 repeats in 8:12 and 8:07. I started a third but could not finish. My total was 4 miles this morning.

Hot in Indiana today, so I did my bike riding early this morning! Had a good, hilly 30 minute ride.
