Tuesday Workouts

Gonna be a busy day, so I figured I'd get this started early so I can participate! Life has been crazy nutso zonkers busy lately!

Went to the pool at 6:00 and did 30 minutes of lap swimming. There were a bunch of triathletes there, too. I hate that. Especially when they lap me. And they do. Often.

 Went for a nice 3.0 mile run with the husband...he was impressed....I like that!!!!

first workout in about three weeks that wasn't awful. 5 miles total with a bit of walking in the last mile. i just had a hard time catching my breath

It was a gym day, I did triceps and shoulders using drop sets, then 48 minutes on the elliptical.

I walked almost 3 miles. My heart was just not in it this morning. I have core and arm work to do later on.

I'm a long time lurker here. I've decided I need to start posting to this thread for added accountability...

Today was 30 minutes on the treadmill, 2.54 miles. Was able to jog for one mile without stopping to walk.

45 minute walk
15 minutes of intervals
45 minutes of weights - legs
2nd set of intervals for 15 minutes
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Starting over again for the third time as of last week,  got in 3 miles at lunch today.  Can only go about 1/2 mi without walking at a time but that is better than the 1/4 mi last week.

Thanks for the accountability post.  Its a good thing As I only post when I have doe something and its my motivation to get out there and do something to post about.  You guys and girls set a good example.

Today will be 30-35 on the treadmill doing speed intervals at level 6
3 sets of 12 on the tricep machine
3 sets of 12 on the bicep machine
3 sets of 12 leg curls
2 sets of 10 hyperextensions

Finish with a new machine...the Stairmaster (from hell) for 15-20 min

After all this I think I am going to go for a cool swim in Lake huron.  Probably 30-45 min.
