Monday workouts.
Today's rest day kicks off a recovery week in my half iron training plan. It's going to be strange only putting in 6 hours of exercise this week. I must resist the urge to do more.

i could not agree more. I went out for a mile yesterday just to keep the streak and evev that was miserable. The last week has been a tough one.

Hi all! Did 20 minutes on the treadmill with steep incline intervals, then 25 minutes in the weight room.
