I was up at 5:45 this morning to get in a 2.3 mile run before working a 16 hour shift.  What a long day lies ahead but it's nice going in to it with the run out of the way!

What did you do today?
Scott

My son and I had a 5K race this morning. He had a PR and placed 3rd in his age group (20-24).
I placed first in my age group (45-49). So we were both thrilled with that.
After the run I did an hour bike ride.
Next stop...relax in the hammock.
Have a great day everyone!

Walked a little over 3 miles today. This is the third day in a row that I have done 3 miles. I'm working my way up to 5 miles a day. I have only been doing 1.5 to 2 miles daily. Hopefully, this will help jumpstart my weight going down again. I have about an 8 pound gain that I need to get rid of. I also did some ab work this morning. My core needs a break.
