OK, at 5am in the morning it is great to start this thread.  Ran 4.5 miles this morning.  Weather is great!  Legs felt great!  Big weekend ahead of us.  What's your plan today?

I will do about 3 miles with the dog today.

Plus I went to get my July 4th race packet which was in a shopping center, so we walked all over and shopped up a storm!  whoohoo!

I think I'm taking a rest day. Allergies seem to have gotten the best of me. I feel so guilty though. If I don't go see Eclipse tonight, then I'm going to try to make it to the track for a run.

Planned rest day.
It is my birthday, so I spent it as a "girl's day out" with my Mom, sister and niece shopping and lunch. It was a fun day!
Have a 5K race tomorrow.

50 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 1 set of 80 then 8 X 30 sets of pushups
45 minutes on the stairmaster (229 floors)
1200 meter swim...
