 Had a great 3 mile run on the boardwalk today...I think I am ready for this race...I am still nervous but more excited now...

My first one was the hardest.  About half way through I thought, "I'm PAYING someone to do this to me?!?!?!?"  Now I look forward to those days and the challenge.

500 meter swim followed by leg weight training a 2 mile walk and then spin class for 45 minutes.....all before 6:00 a.m.!!!   Boy, am I insane.  I couldn't have done one of those things a year ago!

1 hour walk and an hour of weights (arms and back)
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

20-mile bike ride, followed by a 10-minute barefoot run in the grass.
Still need to get in my strength workout before bed.

Really enjoying these late runs.  Still light enough out.  Now I can enjoy a hardy dinner adn work if off during the run.  Got in 4.5 mile run with some good climbs and trails. Exhausted near the end but my partner made me sprint the last 800 meters.  Was looking around for oxygen when we finished.
