AN AWESOME DAY!!!!!

Hey Guys,

Recovery is going well... I had another drain come out so now I have 4/5 out and one fling solo. One on the right side of my abdomen was started to look a little irritated and not too good, so the surgeon opted to take it out and put some antibiotics on it, and hopefully it will be cool. They took the sutures out of my belly button so everthing is going great.

A cool thing today: I was invited by the good folks at Obesity Help to have lunch with the staff today. So, my wife and I went down to Irvine, CA got a tour of the office and headed to PF Changs for a wonderful meal. These folks are top-notch and genuinely good people. We went back to the office and I had the opportunity to chat with the OH Founder, the CFO and a lot of the IT and marketing dudes. Very good people. Also, Mike (The arts director for the magazine) showed me a preview of my article appearing in the next issue, and it looks awesome! It was great to get out today and even greater to meet all the folks who make this site and the magazine happen...
