 10 minute warm up walk, 5k run, 20 minute cool down walk, 10 min stretches

The humidity is gone and if weren't out walking the dog at 6:30am in my PJs, I might have run.  (and I'm anti-morning and not usually walking a dog - I'm pup sitting).

1 mile of walking done already.  a few more to go!

1 hour walk b4 work
30 minutes of intervals at lunch - 1/10 mile sprint and walks ... covered 3 miles total.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
