I had a facebook friend whom I had never met in person until last week.  We had some FB friends and interests in common and had friended each other, but we had not personally met.  Anyway, I tend to report my C25K and 5K work on my FB page for my public accountability, and when I met Amy the other day and told her who I was, she responded, "Oh.  You're the athlete!"  I burst out laughing, poured out my thanks, and told her how much that meant to me.  I told her a little of my story, and she was astounded.  So, now, at least one other person in the world thinks of me as an athlete.!  WooHoo!
