Well, here goes...I did a relaxing 4.25 run in 9:30 pace. In So. Cal nothing is better than a nice "marine layer" to keep our runs cool and comfy! Was going to be a rest day, but slightly overindulged last night so had to "pay the piper" :)

Have a good Tuesday everyone...Debbie

Did a 3.0 mile run on the Virginia Boardwalk with the hubby today, he pushed me which was nice, I had a personal best today, just hope I can keep with it for my race...

I took a 3 1/2 mile walk on a hilly back country road. It took about an hour and there were at least two long steep hills. Felt so good to work different muscles!

I'm leaving for MN in the morning for vacation with some college friends!!

I was actually just debating on throwing the running clothes in the suitcase and I said to myself "If you pack them you ACTUALLY HAVE TO GO running"  I just tossed them in there..they've made the cut...was there really any doubt?! :)
