40 min brick on the TM (4.83 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Mine was a 10-miler on the TM today.  Most of it at 6.7, but by mile 8 I really didn't want to finish so I slowed it way down to 6.0 then increased by .1 mph every 2 minutes 'till I was done.  Whew! that one was a little rough on me and I'm still pretty tired.  I may recover by Wednesday...

45 minutes of ocean kayaking
20 minutes of treading water
4 hours of holding onto the back of a jetski for dear life - a serious arm and leg workout! made me glad i've been going to the gym!! :)

Not the most strenuous workout, but definately the most fun I've had in a while!!

I went up to the Santa Rosa area to preview the Vineman course. Swum 1.4 in the river and biked 56. The bike course was hard as I did not manage my nutrition well and I also started out too hard.
