4 hours of holding onto the back of a jetski for dear life - a serious arm and leg workout! made me glad i've been going to the gym!! :)
Not the most strenuous workout, but definately the most fun I've had in a while!!

I went up to the Santa Rosa area to preview the Vineman course. Swum 1.4 in the river and biked 56. The bike course was hard as I did not manage my nutrition well and I also started out too hard.
