I'm going to start this because I'm committed to posting it and am on my way out of town. Hope it's not someone's "job" to do it. If so, sorry.

This morning I ran 1.75 miles and walked 1 mile.

Funny thing -- I am definitely picking up my speed, but I don't feel like the endurance is increasing as fast.

10.46 mile run today, setting a huge PR for me on this route. Then cuddled up for about 20 minutes with my foam roller
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

31 mile bike ride on some pretty mean hills.  I hit 41 mph coming down the last one.      Weeee!

Followed that up with a 30-minute open water swim.  The lake was a bit cold, but was refreshing after the long ride.

Hi everybody! Did anybody miss me? Went on vacation to South Carolina last week, then this week I have been crazy nuts insane busy in my business catching up. Finally in a pretty good place. Didn't do any formal exercise for about a week and a half, though I did a lot of swimming in the ocean and walking all over Charleston. Started back lap swimming yesterday and did a good weight workout today, so I'm back on track. Hopefully I'll be able to post again regularly, I love keeping up with you guys!
